Kathy has been a professional photographer since 1979. She has taught wedding photography and sales and marketing on the state, regional, and international level. She holds the degree of Photographic Craftsman from the prestigous Professional Photographers of America.

Among her numerous awards, the one she is most proud of is being named the East Texas Photographer of the Year for two consecutive years.

Kathy maintains memberships in professional organizations such as The Professional Photographers of America, Wedding and Portrait Photographers International, Texas Professional Photographers Association, where she served as a member of the board of directors, the East Texas Professional Photographers Assn. where she served as president.
